一、指導思想


以(yi)習(xi)近平(ping)新時代中國特(te)色(se)社會主義思想(xiang)為指(zhi)(zhi)導,深入貫(guan)徹習(xi)近平(ping)總書記關于脫(tuo)(tuo)貧(pin)(pin)地(di)區產(chan)業幫扶還要繼續補(bu)上(shang)技術、設(she)施(shi)、營銷等短板,促進(jin)產(chan)業提(ti)擋(dang)升級等重要講話和指(zhi)(zhi)示批(pi)示精神(shen),落實黨中央、國務院有關決(jue)策部署,以(yi)“強產(chan)業優供(gong)給,樹品(pin)牌(pai)提(ti)效益(yi)” 為目(mu)標,做好“土特(te)產(chan)” 文章(zhang),打牢品(pin)牌(pai)根基,壯(zhuang)大品(pin)牌(pai)主體(ti),促進(jin)渠道對接,強化營銷推廣,帶動脫(tuo)(tuo)貧(pin)(pin)地(di)區產(chan)業提(ti)質增(zeng)(zeng)效和農(nong)民增(zeng)(zeng)收,切實增(zeng)(zeng)強脫(tuo)(tuo)貧(pin)(pin)地(di)區和脫(tuo)(tuo)貧(pin)(pin)群眾內生發展動力,為全面(mian)推進(jin)鄉村振興、加快農(nong)業農(nong)村現代化提(ti)供(gong)有力支撐。


二、實施原則


本方(fang)案支持(chi)打造(zao)的(de)區(qu)域(yu)公用(yong)(yong)品牌是指在一個(ge)具有特定自然(ran)生態環境、歷(li)史人文因(yin)素(su)的(de)明(ming)確生產(chan)區(qu)域(yu)內,由相關組織所(suo)有,由若(ruo)干農(nong)業生產(chan)經營主體共同使用(yong)(yong)的(de)農(nong)產(chan)品品牌。 品牌名(ming)稱由“產(chan)地名(ming)+產(chan)品名(ming)”構成(cheng),產(chan)地為(wei)縣級或地市(shi)級。 支持(chi)脫貧地區(qu)打造(zao)區(qu)域(yu)公用(yong)(yong)品牌堅(jian)持(chi)以(yi)下(xia)原則(ze)。


———因地制宜(yi),科學謀劃。 立足區(qu)域(yu)發展實際,統籌產(chan)(chan)(chan)業發展和市場消費需(xu)求,因地制宜(yi)選準產(chan)(chan)(chan)業,充分結(jie)合資(zi)源稟賦、產(chan)(chan)(chan)業特(te)(te)色、歷(li)史人文(wen)(wen)等(deng)區(qu)域(yu)優勢(shi),聚焦主導(dao)特(te)(te)色產(chan)(chan)(chan)業,堅持標準引領,明確品牌發展定(ding)位(wei),制定(ding)品牌發展規(gui)劃,探索(suo)一條(tiao)有(you)(you)穩定(ding)質量、有(you)(you)鮮明特(te)(te)色、有(you)(you)文(wen)(wen)化內涵的區(qu)域(yu)公(gong)用品牌發展之路。
